Oracle Database 12.1, and the acquisition of GoldenGate, pruned the list of logical replication options available to us. Some of the pre-existing features are gone, some are still there, but features like multitenant are not supported - and will never be. We look into the options available and their use cases - mainly GoldenGate and Data Guard Logical Standby.
